CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Policy- I understand things happen so there will be a 10 minute grace period. After 5 minutes I will message you, After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be nonrefundable but can be used toward rebooking your appointment within 7 days of the original appointment . No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of service. Failed payment will result in being banned from booking. Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you’re needing to cancel your appointment, please ensure it is at least 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel anytime after the 48 hour grace period you will lose your deposit amount paid towards service, resulting in another deposit having to be paid to book another appointment. If I personally cancel your appointment, you will receive your deposit amount back if you’d like to fully cancel your appointment. If we reschedule your appointment instead of canceling it, your deposit will still be used toward your new scheduled appointment.
