CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non refundable after booking, no matter the cause, deposits are in place to hold and commit to your appointment. Late Policy- I understand things happen so there will be a 10 minute grace period. After 5 minutes I will message you, After 10 minutes I will message you again to see if you’d like to come later the same day, if not, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be nonrefundable but can be used toward rebooking your appointment within the same week of the original appointment . No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of service. Failed payment will result in being banned from booking unless you reach out to me! Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you’re needing to cancel your appointment, please ensure it is at least 48 hours before your appointment time to give me plenty of time to fill your spot. If you cancel anytime after the 48 hour grace period you will lose your deposit amount paid towards service unless you reschedule within 7 days of your original appointment. If I personally cancel your appointment, you will receive your deposit amount back if you’d like to fully cancel your appointment. If we reschedule your appointment instead of canceling it, your deposit will still be used toward your new scheduled appointment.
