Avoid shaving for approximately 2–3 weeks before your appointment. * Exfoliation: Gently exfoliate the area 24–48 hours before your appointment to help remove dead skin and reduce the chance of ingrown hairs. Do not exfoliate the day of your wax. * Clean skin: Please arrive with clean skin and avoid applying lotions, oils, or heavy products to the area before your appointment. * Avoid irritation: Avoid tanning, sunburn, intimate activities, and products that may irritate the skin immediately before your appointment. * Medications & skin sensitivity: Please let your esthetician know about any medications, skincare products, or skin conditions that may affect waxing. * During your cycle: You can still receive a Brazilian while on your period, but please wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup during your appointment. Following these guidelines helps provide a smoother wax, minimize irritation, and give you the best possible results! ✨
CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Ciaobella Esthetics Policies ✨ 💗 Deposits • All deposits are non-refundable. • Your deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your service. ⏰ Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • I’ll check in with you after 5 minutes if I haven’t heard from you. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled. • If availability allows, your deposit may be transferred to another appointment within the same week. 🚫 No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations • No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Unpaid balances may result in being unable to book future appointments until paid. 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit unless the appointment is rescheduled within 7 days (subject to availability). • If I need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will either be refunded or transferred to your new appointment. 📱 Important I do NOT accept cancellations or rescheduling requests by email.
